We described a case of fungal peritonitis due to Microascus cirrosus in a 38-year-old patient under peritoneal dialysis from 20 months. The most diagnosis of this patient was chronic glomerulonephritis. Catheter removal, corticotherapy cancelation and surgical treatment have determined the patient healing and a favourable evolution.
